Another example of a developer ignoring Knox planning requirements and attempting to overdevelop a site never intended for 5 dwellings. Straight to VCat by them and hopefully rejected. I support the statement that insufficient parking for both new residents and/or visitors is grossly inadequate resulting in increased on street parking which will not be the developers' issue in the future, but that of local residents and subsequently Knox Council.
