There should be no reduction in the required visitor parking. There is already insufficient parking for local residents.

Staff from the bakery regularly park ALL DAY as far down as the pedestrian lights in front of the school. Customers of the bakery are often parked even further down. Saturday mornings with the market and school drop off and pick ups make it impossible to anywhere near the vicinity of my house.

At the moment l am only able to have direct access to my property once maybe twice a week as it is.

There is no capacity for O'Hea St to accomodate visitor parking for another 5 dwellings.
