Hi Wendy,
It appears that Peter is unable to answer.
Could you please have a look at the series of q's I put to him? I think the sale of a public bparking lot and whole process is questionable but I'm particularly concerned about the way the land was offered for sale.
Can you help?
Thanks
Brian

Hello Brian,
My apologises for the delay in my reply as I sort further clarification on the initial response I received.

I have been informed that "the applicant will do a "financial offset". They are not going to plant offset trees.
The financial offset that the developers pay will be used for planting of Koala Habitat trees within the limits of Redland City Council."

I trust this is the information you were seeking and please don't hesitate to contact me if you require further clarification,
Warm regards
Wendy
