The development of this land will like negatively impact on the quiet, natural environment that is desired by those who chose to live in the area. We have only recently purchased a property in this street and feel this proposal would be detrimental to our neighbourhood and would have a negative impact on the value of our home. The size of this development is too large to be aesthetically pleasing.
