This development is too large for this area. It is not a main street and 5/6 levels is too high, it is not in keeping with the area. The area also can not support the increased traffic congestion this development will bring. There is not enough street parking currently, this development will increase this problem. I think this site needs further resolution and rethinking. Green Space??? Ceres are you interested??
