Planning application at 282 Victoria Street, Brunswick VIC 3056

This development is too large for this area., it is not in keeping with the area. The area also can not support the increased traffic congestion this development brings. There is not enough street parking currently, this development increases this problem. I think this site needs further resolution and rethinking. Green Space??? All the plant and gas extraction equipment is facing the residents houses why was this business designed so poorly. Sound proofing and reverting of all plant waste and noise a minimum. Im surprise the business its self does not want to do this but instead is pushing for farther encroachment into the neighborhoods space.
