Planning application at 350 Moreland Road, Brunswick West VIC 3055

It's ridiculous that every major development demands a waiver of car parking requirements. Have any of the councillors actually seen what the results of their previous decisions looks like? Parking for house residents is now awful in many streets, due to all the apartment residents and cafe visitors filling the streets because their apartments and cafes have insufficient dedicated parking.
I live next door to one of these apartments-with-no-parking so I'm especially bitter.
