This is an inappropriate proposal on every level. The residential street is narrow and congested whilst the surrounding area already suffers from increasing parking problems and gridlock exacerbated by existing childcare centres and new apartment blocks nearby.
Neighborhood character and residential impact have been ignored in favour of inappropriate high density activity and, presumably, high profit returns.
