Building Height should be of Human Scale; building infrastructure must include an integral general loading and receiving dock for use by the 179 residents. Rubbish disposal is another issue.
Off Street Parking is a big issue.
Why is high rise development still going on in this already highly populated COLLINGWOOD area.
Stop this slums of the future development.
