As a resident of Lorensen Avenue I would like a few mention a few concerns.
1. Are the dellings carbon neutral?
2. Are any of the dwellings ear marked for social housing?
3. With increased traffic, are developers going to put a safety fence along the opposite side of the road where there is a children's playground?
4. There are two more houses vacant 50 and 52 and I presume ready for development. I would consider this an opportunity for council to plan with developers for sustainable carbon neutral housing to fit with the communities values.
