Since being elected in 2012, the number of units going in the site have reduced from the original development approval of 271 units. Additionally, I was since successful in getting the left in/left out, creating an entry/exit point at Mt Cotton Rd. This hadn’t previously been included in the 2010 approval and is now expected to reduce the traffic impact to the Holland Crs precinct by 50%. Please know that I’m watching this site for impacts on the surrounding neighbours closely.
