Planning application at 88 Beach Road Bondi Beach NSW 2026

The inclusion of a car park ventilation shaft encroaches on the open space provided on the plan to give light to No 86 Beach Rd. It's placement should be in a position that does not take away any more light. My suggestion would be at the back of the building.
There are no plans showing the changes to the car park or driveway so I cannot see if these have any effect on our property.
Changes to masonry walls to ritek are a downgrade in building quality.
